The future brings new ideas, concepts and ways of working that have not been experienced before; but it also involves learning from the past, sometimes reminding ourselves of old ideas and re-engineering them to be fit for future needs.
With 2018 seeing the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War and 50 years since the introduction of the American Civil Rights Act of 1968, we can look around and still see a world of inequality and fighting. However, we also see pockets of progress, and coaching and mentoring has a real part to play in creating a movement of positive change.
This year’s conference gives us the chance to reflect on the importance of the values we hold close, and how we can use those to help us to respond to the future. We will focus on the digital age and agile working, as well as exploring how to manage, motivate and learn from the younger generations who will be our future work force.
We look forward to seeing you there.
