This 2-hour workshop presentation is part of a series of skills workshops delivered on behalf of the DRIVER initiative as CPD for Tutors, Professional Develop Staff and others at Staffordshire University.
It will explore why people might struggle to deliver on deadlines, targets and commitments and what can be done to improve the likelihood that such ‘promises’ will be kept in professional settings, student tutorials and staff appraisal / development meetings.
