An introduction to Coaching and mentoring for personal tutors will explore the basic techniques of coaching and mentoring and offer attendees the opportunity to practice techniques in practical role play.
This is the first of a two-part session designed to improve / refresh tutorial skills offered as part of the DRIVER Project initiative.
There will be an opportunity for attendees to influence the follow up sessions scheduled for November.
