An introduction to Coaching and Mentoring and their application in helping conversations, staff development and performance improvement. The session will open with a presentation by Keith Smy, Visiting Fellow and Project manager for the Staffordshire Coaching and Mentoring Hub and include an opportunity for attendees to practice using techniques through role play practical and observation.
